The team gathered once again this morning for a final meeting before departure. Like yesterday's meeting, we started with prayer and a Bible study. We discussed how those who walk in righteousness are, or should be, obvious compared to those who walk in sin. We spent time in prayer and worship before continuing practice for the drama.
We practiced several of the activities we will be doing while in Costa Rica such as sharing the Gospel, sharing our testimonies, playing games in the ELL classes,
and creating crafts. The team has organized everything from travel groups and paperwork to distributing materials and weighing luggage.
There was great excitement today as the realization that the time has finally come settled into the team's minds! Please pray for confidence as excitement also comes with many nerves, especially for the first-timers. Please pray for the families that are sending their kids on this trip as there are nerves and anxieties present there as well. Finally, pray for the hearts of those we will be ministering to in Costa Rica!
